The On-Line booking system is provided by Abacus which utilises a software called Weblink. Before logging in, you have to be a registered member of Weblink. This can be done on this site by assigning your own ID ( 8 characters long) and password.

Once you've logged in, you have to fill in all the necessary personal datas required, including credit card details, to enable yourself to book Air Flights, Hotel Accommodation and Car Hire.

Your personal details are only used to hold the reservations that you have created in Weblink. Upon receiving the reservations by our office we will email you to re-confirm the prices & any other taxes or surcharges where needed.

For Air Travel we required a $50.00 deposit within 7 Days upon you accepting the prices that we have re-confirmed with you. Balance is due at least 2 weeks prior to departure, & in peak season, up to 30 Days before the departure date.

For Hotel and Car Hire reservation, your credit card details are used as a guarantee for the booking. All booking conditions and cancellations varies between different Hotels and Car Hire Companies. Please read carefully all the Conditions and cancel the reservation which is not required accordingly. For further information of handling your personal details, please refer to the term & conditions of Weblink and the Privacy policy of this site.

(Please note if for any reason your balance is not met by us by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled & to apply the appropriate cancellation charges.)
