is being provided to enable you to make knowledgeable choices

is used. We pledge to meet fully and where possible exceed,

Private details such as, Credit card details provided by our
customers will only be kept until the transaction is completed
and approved by the bank & credit card company. Afterwards
your credit card details are destroyed. Each credit card payment
is only valid for the purchase/reservation you have authorized
us. Unless you have explicit authorized us by writing to keep
your credit card details on file, the credit card company will
not accept another transaction on the same authorization for
a previous purchase and we will need a new authorization for
any future purchase or reservation.
Disclosure of personal details
We will not disclose any of your personal data, except as described
below, or when we believe in good faith that the law requires
it, or to protect the rights or property of Samuel's Travel
& Tours. When making reservations with us, we disclose your
personal data in a limited way to airlines, hotels, tour operators
or to other parties who provide the requested services by you
in order to fulfill your reservation order. Sometimes we may
also be asked by banks or credit card centres to disclose your
full address details in order to verify the authentication of
your payment authorization.
Consent
By using this website to send us data about yourself, you consent
to the computer storage and processing of your personal data
by Samuel's Travel & Tours for the sole purpose of providing
the requested services by you, you also consent to the transmission
of such data by us to other companies where legally permitted.
